I teach Agile and Scrum AND the cultural elements that are necessary for an organization to gain true business agility. I help organizations establish co-located and cross-functional teams, identify effective Product Owners, and create initial product backlogs. I enjoy working with the leaders in an organization to help them understand Agile and Scrum and to create an environment where people come first, productivity is high, and teamwork is effective and enjoyable.
