The document describes a child's Christmas experiences in 2014. It discusses the traditional buccellati desserts made by grandmothers in Misilmeri, making a nativity scene crib with their brother, decorating a Christmas tree in early December and unwrapping presents on Christmas Eve, and attempting to make a small snowman when it snowed in Sicily that year.
2. THE TYPICAL PUDDING OF
MISILMERI•
My favourite Christmas’ desserts are the
“buccellati”. They are the typical puddinds of
Misilmeri. Many grandmothers cook these desserts
every year in December. They are very good and they
are appreciated from Misilmeri’s citiziens.
3. THE CRIB
•
In every Catholic house there is a crib ,a scene with
the nativity of Jesus. My brother and I made a crib in
our living-room : it is small, but it is fantastic ! I
watched a lot of cribs in many churches that I visited.
4. CHRISTMAS’ EVE
•
My brother and I make the Christmas tree every year
in the first week of December ,it is very nice and it
has gold and red balls. On Christmas Eve people at
midnight unwrap the presents under the Christmas
Tree. I unwraped five presents , they are fantastic.
5. THE SNOW!!!
•
This year a wonderful event happened in
Sicily. It snowed. I made a snowman ,it was
small and it wasn’t very nice.
