What is Anger?
Anger is is the strong emotion that you
feel when you think someone has
behaved in an unfair, cruel or
unacceptable way.
Anger is a completely normal, usually
healthy, human emotion.
If not managed properly anger
can hinder your thought process and
lead to rash, impulsive decisions that
will most likely result in regrettable
outcomes.
The goal of anger management is
to reduce the emotional feelings
arousal that anger causes in
certein situations with clients.
When dealing with clients anger
can not be gotten rid of, or
avoided, but you can learn to
control your reactions.

Failing to manage your anger can lead to a
variety of problems like saying things you
regret like sending rash emails, or even
resorting to physical violence with clients.
Anger can also create rifts between business
partners, colleagues and clients.
 It ruins costumer-company relationships
