1. What is Remarketing in PPC?
In simple words Remarketing is a process in which any visitor, visiting a particular product or
item of any website, is again displaying back the same product when he/she has logged out of
that particular website. Basically it comes under Display advertisement of PPC.This types of
advertisements are been used by Ecommerce Clients. When ever the visitor will click that
display advertisement it will again redirected back to that web page where the visitor has seen
the product earlier.These are the tactics used to attract so that user may purchase the item this
time.
For Example: If a user has seen a wallet in amazon and due to some reason he/she have not
purchased it and has left the website and now is online on facebook, then the same item will be
displayed on facebook to attract the user to make him purchase the item. It is very popular &
widely used method of advertisement been used in PPC.
How Does it Works: Basically a special tracking code is need to be generated in Google
Adwords. And that code is to be pasted in each and every page of website by the developer
whose so ever Remarketing we need to do. The code is to be pasted in head tag of every page.
Like: <head> Code </head>

Process how to do remarketing:
1. Log in to email id associated with that display ad>>Open new tab>>type
ad.google.com>>do setup>>reach dashboard.
2. Click Tools
2. 3. Then under Shared Library click Audience Manager.
4. Then Under Audience list click Audience Source.
3. 5. Then under Audience Sources click Set Up Tag in google Ads Tag.
4. 6. Then select collect standard data available from this data source & next Save and
Continue.
5. 7. Then copy the code shown in green box and paste it in between the <head>Code</head> of
every page and click continue.
