• Terms of payment: 100% advance along with PO in advance
• Service tax and other related taxes are chargeable on actual

point contact for all deliverables, invoicing, etc.. pertaining to this conference
• Any services, special requests other than the scope of this proposal will be charged
extra as the case might be
