3. The fundamental goal of this project is to use the existing
Seawoods Train Station which is one of the areas primary
transportation hubs as a catalyst to create a new transit
oriented commercial development consisting of the following
programmatic components: Class-A corporate office space,
retail and entertainment mall, hospitality and a new train
station to serve as an important economic engine for the
entire Navi Mumbai area.

MY ROLE:
• Involved in detail design stage, to finalize
space planning as per client & MEP
requirements.
• Actively participated in all client and
consultants meeting to finalize the floor plan
and project requirements.
• Incorporation of multiple consultants
requirement as per need.
• Preparation of GFC drawings.
• Checking of structural and MEP drawing to
fulfill project requirements.
• Checking and approval of shop/vendor
drawings.
• Important role in coordination with MEP
services to meet the design intend.
• Revit software has been used in the project to
make MEP coordination, to avoid the clashes.
