2. INTRODUCTION
The readymade garments industry acts as a catalyst for the development of Bangladesh. The "Made in Bangladesh" tag
has also brought glory for the country, making it a prestigious brand across the globe. The country with its limited
resources has been maintaining 6% annual average GDP growth rate and has brought about remarkable social and human
development
This sector creates about 4.2 million employment opportunities and contributes significantly to the GDP. Readymade
garments (RMG) of Bangladesh is powered by young, urbanizing, workers, where most of them are women.
We conducted a survey on how our workers benefit from the company & whether they are satisfied with it
3. METHODOLOGY

was collected from 15 workers ( male-9 , female-6 ) of Bhatulia, Dhour from 4 factories as
1. SNS Apparel LTD. , Hanif Alir Mour, Bhatulia.
2. Aleya Printing, Dhour.
3. HS Fashion, Noyanirchala, Turag.
4. Tasnim Print & Embroidery , Bhatulia.
After collecting data we used pie chart, bar chart & area chart to analyzed the result.
23. CONCLUSION
We visited four factories including one garments, two printing and one
knitting factory. In most factories we find that there is no minimum facilities
of workers such as child care, maternity leave, less reward bonus, low wages
etc.
In order to improve the RMG sector more opportunities should be provided
to the workers.
