I was in Upward Bound as a student for 3 years, then an intern for 3 summers until I worked as an Advisor for two high schools before AmeriCorps. I believe that I would not be where I am if it weren't for Upward Bound so I have a great appreciation for this program! I enjoy my work and I want to be a positive resource for my students.
