       Indeholder også projektets mål, formål osv.,
        men OGSÅ leverancerne (dvs. flere detaljer)

       Brainstorm
        –   Hvad skal vi tænke på, hvilke opgaver skal vi
            løse?
       Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
        –   Opdel i aktiviteter efter emner
        –   Underopdeling af projektets hovedleverancer
        –   Fremme en KLAR arbejdsfordeling
        –   RESULTAT: en overskuelig huskeliste

Opdeling af en WBS

       Start med at præ    cisere det overordnede må l
       Efterfø  lgende deler I må let op i hå ndgribelige mindre
        dele på baggrund af (fx stø    rrelse, varighed, ansvar)
         – Fx: Afholde et bryllup: kirke: Væ    lge kirke, vælge
             præ væ salmer osv.

       En aktivitet er en opgave man kan estimere
        på baggrund af (tid og økonomi)
       Som praktisk set ikke giver nogen mening at
        brække ned i mindre dele
       Producere en leverance som kan måles
       Består af en opgave som kan uddelegeres

Styring af ændringer

       Planen holdes aldrig, hvad gør vi så?
       Hvad påvirker ændringerne?
       Hvilke ændringer er sket? Tid, omkostninger,
        ressourcer?
       Hvordan skal vi håndtere ændringerne?
       Søg om anmodning om ændringer hos
        styregruppe
