Instagram[a] is a photo and video-sharing social networking website created
by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger in 2010 and later acquired by FacebookInc.
Users can submit photos and videos to the app, which can then be modified with
filters and grouped using hashtags and geotagging. Posts can be posted with the
public or followers who have been pre-approved. Users can examine popular
content, such as photographs, and follow other participants to add their stuff to a
