How We Can Convert
Weakness
Into
Strength
Weakness:
• The quality or state of being weak.
• A quality or feature that prevent someone
or something from being effective or
useful.
• Something that you like so much that
you are often unable to resist it.
Strength:
• The quality or state of being physically strong.
• The ability to resist being moved or broken by
force.
• The quality that allows someone to deals with
problems in a determine and effective way.
We all have some weakness but these
weakness can be removed.
Dr. Carol Oweck author of Mind Set:
The new psychology describe that
there are two types of Mind
1) Growth Mindset
2) Fixed Mindset
Growth Mindset:
Those people who have the ability to
embrace learning something new as a
positive thing and relish in the growth
process is called growth mindset.
Fixed Mindset:
Those people who feel negative about new
challenges and see their inability to master
something instantly as a failure so they shut
it and avoid it called Fixed mindset.
How to Turn
Weakness
into
Strength
Step – One:
Recognize and accept your weakness
 You can turn your weakness into strength
but your first assignment is to recognize
your weakness and accept it.
Step – Two:
Get Guidance from Someone you Trust
 You should get guidance from some one
you trust that person is sincere with you
and he can do something for you and
guidance from those who is expert.
Step – Three:
Be Very Prepared
 Sometimes the best defense against a weakness
is to over compensate with excellent
preparation. Eg
if you have problem delivering presentation so
prepared your self for presentation again and
again.
Step – Four:
Hire the Skill you lack
 Instead of doing something you are not
good at you are better off hiring some one
who can fill in the skill you lack either as
a contractor or full time besides
compensating for your weakness.
Step – Five:
Get just good enough
 Even though you may never be great at all
task some are importance enough that is
its worth the extra effort to learn more
practice and achieve minimal
competence.
How to remove weakness
1) First Step:
Examine your weakness.
2) Second Step:
Figure out your Strength.
3) Third Step:
How to turn weakness into strength.

more then 8 hours, so tray to increase
the time of your working gradually.

follow the rules and regulation so try to
follow the rules which are already exist.
Not a Good Speaker:

 If you are not a good speaker and can not
talk to the large crowd, talk to small
groups or communicate with one on one
instead of a large crowd.

business.

your task so try to do something every
day instead of doing nothing.
What we can get after
turning our weakness
into strength

can get / achieve your goal and can get
success.

strength you may be respected by your
teacher, collueges and family
Stay Healthy:

will be done on time.
Self Control:

your energy will be used in positive work.
Get thing Done and be Happy:
 After turning your weakness into
strength your task will be done faster and
a right manner.
Conclusion:
With a little self-reflection and some honest
feedback from friends, family, and coworkers,
you can identify your own faults, but don’t let
them stand as your defining features. Instead,
flip them around and turn those liabilities
into assets—for yourself and for your future
employer.
Thank You
