Scope & Objective of the project:
 Standard bank (Run the bank) production support team, handling the live production
incidents, problems and maintenance changes will be fixed, tested and deployed into
production.
 SIT team introduced to perform end to end testing with effective regression. All the
production fixes should tested by SIT team, with successful SIT sign off and it will be
deployed into UAT environment then into live production environment.

4.  Foundation is one part of the Business Release program in Standard Bank and it is the new
release of the Core Banking Transformation Programme roadmap. This program Foundation
focuses on the SAP related changes and upgrades that consists with the different partner
system like Internet Banking, Cellphone Banking, Telephone Banking, ATM, POS and Branch
Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Client Interaction with Production Support Team to understand the impact of the
Production issues and fix.
 Identifying the Scenarios for Functional and Regression Test
o Used Regression suite to create a test suite for various business requirements
that were being tracked through HP Quality Center ALM – 11. From the master
suite of test cases identified and marked a subset of tests for regression testing.
