Turn Campaign Suite is the one of the leading company in
ad industry. It’s a web based application to manage
various creatives, ads, packages, lineitems through
multiple adservers. My role is get the application
automated and manual tested. We have automated this
application using QTP and setup continuous integration
system using QC to have them executed with daily builds.
We have also manually tested this application and its
enhancements by creating test artifacts like Test Plan,
Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, Test Execution,
etc using JIRA test management tool. And then after
automated smoke test cases for automatic build
verification. Right now we are automating regression
tests of our application. We execute our project in an
Agile way by following sprint - Scrum meet, Product
backlog grooming, Sprint plan, Point based estimation,
Velocity and Burn down, Demo, Retro, etc. we use JIRA
web based tool for project management as well.

software automation framework like hybrid, data driven
or so. Here it’s highly customized where we have a
website which will act as an automation framework to
execute the CLI (Command line) based automated tests for
the numerous of client’s products like DSA, OME, LASSO,
DCET. So there is a front end interface (website) which
was developed in the JAVA technology which is kind of a
module at the top of test management tool. We have
created our CLI based automated tests to this framework
to execute them on various SUTs (System Under Test)
remotely. Going further currently we are also planning
to add the UI Automation for many other products of
DELL, Where we are using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate
Coded UI and Telerik test Studio for this purpose. We
have integrated Telerik auto. tests with VSTS Coded UI
tests & created a framework in VSTS 2012 itself which
manages the complete collaborative hybrid UI/Functional
automation framework for various DELL’s products. Setup
VSTS Agents and Controllers on multiple machines &
execute the tests on remote SUT. Then we will integrate

framework in order to execute from there itself.

client’s various customers like Brakes where the food
and online retailing of the same is involved. Second is
AirBP which is a one of the biggest petroleum company in
UK. Here we are managing the invoicing & payment related
business module using the AirBP website. There are new
enhancements which keep added to these websites. QA team
works on the automation and manual testing activities to
thoroughly test the functionalities being added to the
website and also tests the customer reported issues. We
manage end to end testing life cycle here. We execute
the whole testing life cycle on QA as well as UAT
environment. We automated our Brakes application using
QTP (as suggested by end customer) and were executing on
nighly build on newly development code per day. We also
have used QC as our test/defect management system. We
have also automated smoke/sanity areas of our AirBP
application using Selenium Webdriver and TestNG
framework, by introducing Maven we also have integrated
all our automated tests with Jenkins build system. So
they get executed with each build as a part of
Continuous Integration (CI) process to check the build
quality and then execute regression tests to check the
product(s) functional areas. Recently we also have
started testing the ongoing Mobile websites for these
products. We have one more team running parallel to this
which is mainly involved in testing of new
functionalities being implemented from scratch for
Desktop/Mobile/Tablet environments. Along with manual

testing for this product. And have also started
