Leading a team of work to control and arrange effective and efficient purchasing of raw
materials, equipment, spare parts, and sub contractors, for Company operations at the
most competitive prices and in a timely manner ensuring that these are in accordance
with the Company's regulations and policies.
Above mentioned achievements have been done by central procurement activities
(locally, and foreign purchasing), its details as following:-
1) Issuing foreign and local tenders among internal and global suppliers and local
commercial agents.
2) Analyzing submitted Technical and Price offers comparing between the suppliers to
choose the best.
And bargain them to get final lowest prices and terms of payment, in cash, or credit, to
be by L/C, LG, CAD, or TT.
3) Procurement orders processing for all equipment.
Source vendors/suppliers based on quality and price specification and maintain the
vendor database.
4) Arranging for logistics operation for ordered items by fleets if locally, sea/air freight if
global.

1- Manage and facilitate all facets of supply management activities between division
business units and their suppliers.
2- Implement sourcing strategies to support corporate and divisional objectives,
providing the company competitive advantage in the areas of materials, supplies, and
services.
3- Locate, analyze, and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future
commodity needs.
4- Manage suppliers, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
5- Implement appropriate sourcing strategies to control the company considerations,
strategic importance, etc.
6- Maintains and promotes sound relationships with suppliers and the business
community.
