Responsible for meeting all relevant strategy as per business plan and requirements associated
with operations, new product, material development and for working within the framework of
the company’s core values,as wellas promoting its ethos and mission statement… “to be number
one stationery company in India”
Duties :
• Overall responsibility for short / long term planning to deliver as per business plan
• Delivering new products to the market
• Execute and implement Platform, Breakthrough and derivatives projects
• Establishing and implementing goals and objectives
• Developing and managing manufacturer’s internal / external for multiple projects
• Participating in the sales process by identifying the business development potential

the current cost without impacting the contribution
• Cross molding activities to amortize the asset value and to bring more variants without
additional mould investment
• Developed alternative polymers through formulation and compounded to reduce
polymer cost and improved quality.
• Re-design and reengineering the current portfolio to enhance the new product portfolio
