Join us for a Lean Coffee session, while enjoying some beverages and nibbles.
Evan Klose, our Adelaide Chair, will guide us through a agenda-less structured discussion, where you choose the content, and all attendees decide how long we talk about that content. This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and share knowledge and experience.
2. IIBA® Australia acknowledges the Traditional Owners of

Our Kanban Board
Time has its own ways of revealing the truth.
Just be patient and live life, you will get answers of all questions sooner or later…
WHAT
Stemmed from Seattle in 2009 from people who didn’t want to create an organisation, committees, speaker rosters etc. to have valuable learnings and discussions.
All you need is an agreed space, some post it notes (real or virtual), and a means of voting (we use sticky dots)
Create a Kanban with a column for Ideas, a column for items to discuss, and a column once items have been discussed.
Lean Coffees can have a theme, or just be any ideas the participants have.
WHY
Participants build the agenda and begin and drive the discussion.
Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.
