 Strategic:
 Develop an integrated marketing strategy to effectively achieve brand promotion objectives and increase market
share for Sales, Service and Parts departments in line with their respective business strategies.
 Vendor Development and utilization.
 Develop the Marketing department’s budget to support overall business strategy; monitor and report actual
spending with break-ups on various activities.

sourced to support development of a dynamic and responsive marketing strategy.
 To manage and control an annual budgets for individual campaigns and events. To continuously monitor

 Handling enquiries received from the customers including costing and submission of bids and quotes.
 Making yearly ‘Budget’ under the supervision of the Department Head.
 End-to-end execution of the Contracts with the industrial customers.
 Making monthly Production / Sales Plan based on the budget approved by the management and monitoring the
same regularly.
 Issuing Production Orders, Inter Office Memos and related correspondence within the company.
