GENERAL
Any Cleaning Services, LLC agrees to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to
assure performance of the specified cleaning services for Best Virtual Paralegal, LLC. This shall include all services
described in this written specification proposal. Any exceptions or specialties shall be specified in a subheading
herein.
SPECIALTIES SERVICES
Specialties services are services deemed by Any Cleaning Services, LLC to be only available upon request. Prices
for all specialty service shall be quoted separately at the time of the customer’s request. The current list of specialty
services includes:
BASIC EXTRAS
Carpet Cleaning Parking Lot trash and debris sweeping/removal
WAXING OF HARD SURFACES AND FLOORS:
Option 1: Floors can be stripped and refinished
Option 2: Scrubbed and rewaxed
WINDOW SERVICES
Option 1: Exterior Windows Weekly Add-on service
Option 2: Exterior Windows Monthly Add-on service
Option 3: Interior Windows Weekly Add-on service
Option 4: Interior Windows Monthly Add-on service
Option 5: Interior Windows Weekly Add-on service
Option 6: Price Saver Interior and Exterior Windows Monthly/Weekly Add-on service
WALLS
Exterior walls and outside of the facility can be power washed as a Monthly/Weekly Add-on service.
Interior walls of each room of the facility can be scrubbed as a Monthly/Weekly Add-on service.
CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS/FACILITY SUPPLIES
Customers can elect to have Any Cleaning Services, LLC provide all-inclusive consumable products including, but
not limited to: Toilet paper, trash liners, Kleenex hand soap, paper towel, and hand sanitizer. All consumable
products will be invoiced separately as a cost.
All specialty services and rates are subject to change without notice and may be subject to availability without
further notice to any customer. Contact your account manager for up to date services and rates.

SUPPLIES
Any Cleaning Services, LLC will furnish all cleaning supplies inclusive of but not limited to cleaning sponges,
gloves, brushes, cleaning agents, and disinfectants.
EQUIPMENT
Any Cleaning Services, LLC will furnish and maintain all necessary cleaning equipment inclusive of but not limited
to floor machines, buffers, mops, vacuums, maid carts, mop buckets, wringers, and brooms.
SCHEDULE OF SERVICE
Cleaning service operations described in this comprehensive proposal will be performed five (5) days per week.
The cleaning crew will observe holidays of the customer. Any Cleaning Services, LLC will adapt its cleaning
schedule to coincide with the needs of Best Virtual Paralegal, LLC’s facility if the schedule does not alter the costs
of operations and the services of Any Cleaning Services, LLC.
A precise cleaning service operation schedule was personally developed for Best Virtual Paralegal, LLC’s facility
after the first walk through, which occurred on November 4, 2019. A detailed cleaning service operation schedule is
set forth hereunder in Job Specifications.
SUPERVISION
Any Cleaning Services, LLC will furnish adequate supervision of its crew to ensure quality services.
INSURANCE AND OSHA REGULATIONS
Any Cleaning Services, LLC will furnish all forms of insurance required by law and shall maintain the same in full
force and effect. Including but not limited to

Workers’ Compensation
Any Cleaning Services, LLC will comply with all current OSHA Regulations and proven procedures pertaining to
all work and cleaning service operations at Best Virtual Paralegal, LLC’s facility.

SAMPLE PROPOSAL 10
COMPENSATION AND INVOICING
5 days per week for Professional Corporate Cleaning Service
Programs is $1,275 per month.
All invoicing will be itemized according to the cleaning services and specialty services preformed within in a 30 day
net cycle.
Any Cleaning Services, LLC will present a service order slip to a responsible agent of any customer upon the
request of any specialty services and will require an authorized signature. Upon scheduling and completion of any
specialty service, the requesting customer will receive a copy of the service order slip. A specialty service will be
sent to the requesting customer with the customer’s normal monthly cleaning service operations invoice.
Any Cleaning Services, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, business and
personal checks.
LATE FEES AND OTHER BILLING PRACTICES
All Accounts are considered past due, if payment is not received within 3 business days of the due date on the
invoice (s). A 2% interest and a $25.00 processing fee A/K/A Collection Fee may be assessed to a customer’s
account, (including all unpaid invoices) on the last business day of the month of the next billing cycle for every
month the invoice/account remains unpaid. Customer is responsible for any chargeback, payment cancellation fees
or decline payment fees incurred by Any Cleaning Services, LLC from its banking institution. Any insufficient
funds, chargeback fees, payment cancellation fees or decline payment fees incurred are due immediately upon him
or her being notified by Any Cleaning Services, LLC’s Billing Department.
TERM AND CANCELLATION
The term of this agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year and shall automatically renew for additional one (1)
year on the anniversary of this agreement. This agreement may be terminated or canceled at any time with a
minimum of thirty (30) days written notice from either party.
