• Excessive Merchant Credits- It handles the requests raised when the non-authorization
transactions made by merchant exceeds the limit.
• Overspend - It handles the overspend transaction requests raised in Settlement process
and provided the options for chargeback, Dismiss and Write off transactions.
• FR&A(Financial Reconciliation & Accounting) - This module verifies the
mismatching card order transactions between the Amex end transaction file and Merchant
Transaction file and match the correct Transactions and send consolidated file to Amex.
• Access & Security - This module is used for administrative purpose for creating
Users, Security Levels and Department for XNET application.

Custom track is the development team for the clients US Bank, Bank of America, Wells
Fargo, Kiwi bank and ANZ . The main goal of Custom track is to develop different Business

to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) web applications to process Gift and
Payroll cards mentioned as below.
• Cardwiz is the B2B application is used to order different types of gift and payroll
cards and managing those card accounts (Suspend, checking Transaction history, Load and
Unload amount, void last transaction, etc for a particular card).
• Card Inventory Management System (CIMS) is the B2B web application is used for
inventory management for card order process. It allows the merchant to configure the
inventory settings for different card programs, so that the application automatically place
orders if the total cards inventory is low in peak season days. Merchant also can manually
place order of cards through this application. It also allows the merchant to destroy the expiry
card which is not sold and also reassign group of cards to different merchant location.
• My Account is the B2C web application which is used for the card user. Card users
will login with their credentials and will access their transaction history, Value load, Edit
profile , Suspend and Unsuspend Account and also order new Gift or Payroll Cards.
