use peanut oil two or three times before
showing signs of deterioration. Often it can be
reused more times than peanut oil than other
forms of vegetable oil.

3.  Allow the oil to cool to a temperature of 110
degrees Fahrenheit after frying. Strain the oil
through a fine strainer or gauze into a clean
container. Cover and store in refrigerator for
up to two to three months.
 Peanut oil is useless if it is the foam, not a
bubble or an excess of smoke, when adding the
fried foods. Do not use if it has a stale odor or a
darker color.
