Roles & Responsibilities:
 Worked on the Sal Admin Plan Generic Setup’s and code changes to reflect location based
instead of jobcode based to accommodate Pay Market/Pay Matrices.
 Developed the Dynamic Row Level Security Process to automate the row level security
assignments to the user.
 Fixed the production issue in the custom bank reconciliation process, when the new source
bank added
 Developed custom Payroll Interface Process between KRONOS time entry system and
PeopleSoft Custom Payroll staging table. The data then drives all the way to pay page, pay
lines, pay earnings and pay other earning tables and to pay check table.
 Fixed the Pre Payroll Confirm Custom process production issue.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 I have extensively involved in the HCM application upgrade project from 8.9 to 9.1 with
retrofits, fixes, object customizations, process/interfaces/reports modifications, etc. It went
live on Oct’2011.
 Participated business user status meeting on weekly basis to discuss on the current
requirements and priorities for weekly production releases.
 Worked directly with business users, analyst and BSQA for all the requirements gathering,
testing and production migration scheduling.

 Developed new Living Disaster Recovery Process – LDRPS for SunGard
 Worked on the highly complex program like Success Factors, which feed the data to the
employee portal. The employee’s salary increment, bonus and promotions calculated based
on this feed.
 Worked on PeopleSoft FSCM modules like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and
General Ledger to support during PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade.
 Developed Custom Outstanding Payment Recovery integration using RESTful Web services.
 TALEO has been used for Talent Acquisition Manager and profile management Tool. Worked
on the Integration between TALEO and PeopleSoft for Applicant Feed and Tracking. Involved
in the Taleo to PeopleSoft testings.
 The feed from TALEO has been populated into custom build candidate gateway stage table
to process further.
 All the custom pages/components registered in the application using App Designer and also
used portal – structure and content to place it in the right navigation path and also modified
menu item name, etc

 Customized many EDM and Payroll interfaces like Special Pay, Deduction Interfaces, Service
Award Extract, IEA, Holiday Pay, Electric Insurance, E-Way Extract, Convergys, Direct
deposit update, etc
 Involved in the Tax Update of 2008 and 2009 retrofit program.
 Involved in the highly customized GE Time & Labor Edit and Rules process modification as

manages its client’s payroll process thru one of its Ann Arbor Hosting Center (AAHC) and I was
working for AAHC offshore in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 On day to day basis, received the work requests from the project champions. Worked on
it based on its priority and delivered it on time. The work requests involve all the major
modules like HR, Base Benefit and NA Payroll. Technical involvement of SQR, App
Engine, Component Interfaces, Record/Panel group-Component/Panel-Page/field
changes, etc.
 Developed/Customized couple of Application Engine programs and File Layout definitions
such as writing data to a file, reading from flat file into record by adding new Sections,
Steps and Actions through Application Designer, Peoplcode, SQL, etc. Some of these
Interfaces functioning as two-way interfaces between ADP PeopleSoft Application and
AutoLink Payroll Application.
 Handled and managed as many as 35 clients and involved in the development/upgrade
of their Inbound, Outbound, Processes and Reports and also involved in the
customization of many benefit programs, i.e., Open / Annual Enrollment for
Health/Life/Leave/Savings/Retirement programs, 401K Plan, FSA Load, COBRA
outbound, etc.

Description: Lucent Technologies was the global leader in the communication industry (now
taken over by Alcatel Communication), which had employee's strength of 35,000 globally and
around 750 employees in the Middle East & Africa region. Riyadh was the Head Quarter of this
MEA operation. The scope of this project is to maintain the existing PeopleSoft HRMS system on
day-to-day basis and provide enhancement and additional development activities. As a
PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant, managed and provide technical support of the entire
system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Involved, developed and enhanced Telephone Bill Processing Interface, Business Critical
Labor Distribution and GL Interfaces, which extracts the data from PeopleSoft
Application and exports to Oracle Financial Application. Interface is written in SQR and
Unix Shell Scripting.
 Developed new Hexagon Bank Interface for EDI, which eliminated some manual work in
the existing bank interface and the paycheck deposited within few hours of the same
day as soon as the payroll gets processed.
 Customized PeopleSoft Panel for HR dept for its Subcontractor Maintenance Module –
Bolt on using People Code and Record Definition.
 Extensive support given to payroll department from their end to end payroll processing,
i.e., starting from balance id creation, pay calendar, pay run id, pay sheets, pay
calculation and pay confirmation and audit process for each of them and also post
confirm processes and reports.
 Involved extensively to setup FICA (Federal Insurance Contribution Act) deduction and
also enhanced the FICA Total and FICA Statistics reports.
 Handled and managed PeopleSoft users account and access using Security Administrator
and field level security done thru People Code and row level security done thru security
views. During the monthly on-cycle payroll process day, limit the full access to Payroll
users only and read only access to other user groups as per lucent policy.
 Developed customized Mobile & Pager Maintenance and sub-contractor module.
 Involved in the fit-gap analysis between MEA System and UAE System and translate into
the analysis document. And also Involved in setting up Foundation and Payroll Setup
Tables for UAE region instance

Interface is written in SQR and Unix Shell Scripting.  Developed new Hexagon Bank Interface for EDI, which eliminated some manual work in the existing bank interface and the paycheck deposited within few hours of the same day as soon as the payroll gets processed.  Customized PeopleSoft Panel for HR dept for its Subcontractor Maintenance Module – Bolt on using People Code and Record Definition.  Extensive support given to payroll department from their end to end payroll processing, i.e., starting from balance id creation, pay calendar, pay run id, pay sheets, pay calculation and pay confirmation and audit process for each of them and also post confirm processes and reports.  Involved extensively to setup FICA (Federal Insurance Contribution Act) deduction and also enhanced the FICA Total and FICA Statistics reports.  Handled and managed PeopleSoft users account and access using Security Administrator and field level security done thru People Code and row level security done thru security views. During the monthly on-cycle payroll process day, limit the full access to Payroll users only and read only access to other user groups as per lucent policy.  Developed customized Mobile & Pager Maintenance and sub-contractor module.  Involved in the fit-gap analysis between MEA System and UAE System and translate into the analysis document. And also Involved in setting up Foundation and Payroll Setup Tables for UAE region instance 1
