 Internet and its applications, MS Office – 2010 (MS – Word, MS – Excel, MS – PowerPoint),

Payroll experience
A hard working payroll administrator with extensive experience of payroll administration, tax issues.Having a
flexible attitude towards work and able to maintain accurate employee records.Experience of providing a payroll
services to different practice clients with total of around 1000 plus employees. My job profile and day to day
responsibilities included the following:
 Setting up and designing processes for effective payroll administration that includes managing timelines and
timely delivery of payroll reports to the clients.
 Arranging the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system and manual payroll system
wherever required.
 Calculating, recording and reviewing of sickness, holiday and othe statutory payments including the maternity
pay.
 Helping team with the payroll queries and calculations of statutory payments.
 Conducting the audit reviews on weekly/monthly basis to ensure payroll processed by the computerized
systems are in line by doing a manual calculations.
 Managing a team of 5 payroll executives and reviewing and monitoring their day to day activities.
 Responsible for completing formalities related to P45/P46 for employees leaving or joining the organization.
 Responsbile for calculating the the benefits in kinds (p11d benefits) at the end of the year and to ensure such
benefits are included in tax code of each employee.
 Responsbile for maintaining timesheets records and holiday records.
 Completion and submission of payroll year end.
 Responsible for training of the Junior executives.
 Responsible for corresponding with employees or business owners.
 Responsible for corresopendence with HMRC for any queries through email or phone.
 Responsible for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the personal emlployee data.
 Responsbile for identifying IR35 issues and processing payroll based on IR35 legislation for contractor clients.
 Responsbile for Submission of monthly/yearly RTI reports with HMRC i.e. FPS and EPS including the yearly
P11d reports.
 Organizating training for P11d and payroll changes from time to time.
Knowledge in Payroll Processing packages
Sage Payroll, IRIS payroll and Keytime Payroll. In addition I also have vast amount of experience processing
payrolls on Netsutie, Quickbooksonline , Xero and Freeagent payroll.
Self Assessment experience
Have an extensive job experience for processing the UK self assessment tax returns. Have prepared about
600+tax returns in last 4 years and my detailed self assessment experience includes the following:
Responsible for preparing and reviewing the self assessment tax returns ranging from the simple tax returns to the
complex tax return having residency, capital gain or inheritance issues.
Responsbile for designing and implementing the self assessment tax return processes.
Updating the team with legislation changes from time to time.
Responsible for training team on key Self assessment issues.
Responsible for ensuring the correct tax returns information is requested and queries are raised for any missing
information to ensure timely completion of tax returns.
Have an extensive experience for completing tax returns for IR35 clients, partners of the partnership and LLP’s
