- 6. Highlights of KBART Phase 1 standards • APIs require libraries to obtain tokens for implementation. The vendor can’t just add/request a library without a library requesting a token • Access supports Link Resolvers and AtoZ list perfectly

- 8. Plans for phase 2 • KBART automation relies heavily on KBART recommended practices • Several of the popular requests for phase 2 require changes to the recommended practices from KBART • Hybrid OA collections • Title history • More content types being supported
- 9. Challenges that could be addressed in phase 2 • Needs to have more of an ERM (Electronic Resource Management) focus • Expand to all content types supported by a knowledge base • How a title is purchased • Hybrid collections (i.e., knowing when Open Access is involved) • Title history
