I am a director at Linemere Consultants, owner of the Care2Improve service and of Pragmatic HR. More info about those below. In terms of past experience, I worked in a plc environment largely in project based roles. I lectured in business studies during the child orientated years, before going back into industry in an SME environment. Following a MSc in IT I worked as a data base and information manager before offering my skills on a consultancy basis.
