Prep. Time: 5 Minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 Cup Zafarani Basmati Rice
4 Tablespoons Corn Oil
1/2 Cup Vermicelli
1 1/4 Teaspoons Salt
3 1/2 Cups Chicken stock or water
Serving : 4-5
Directions:
Wash the rice and soak in warm water for 15 – 20
minutes. Drain.
Heats oil in heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium
heat, add vermicelli & cook until golden, stirring all
the time.
Add rice, stirring for 3 - 4 minutes until all the rice is
coated with oil.
Add chicken stock or water and salt. Stir well.
Heat to boiling on high heat. Cover and simmer on
very low heat for 15 – 20 minutes.
Let stand off the heat for 5 – 10 minutes. Fluff the
rice with a fork and serve hot.

Zafarani basmati rice with vermicelli roz bil shaereya
