Measurable indicators of IMPACT
1. School impact
Improvement of the awareness of the school environment level in each school of the
partnership. This will be measured through the surveys conducted every year during the
project (one at the beginning and another one the 2nd year).
Decrease of the number of incidents in each school. It will be presented in the last
transnational meeting and presented to all the school board members along the project.
The development of framework protocols about migration, Social Network, new
methodologies and school environment will have a direct impact in the school and the
success of the active incorporation of these protocols to the daily school life will be
evaluated during the whole project, they have to be used and inserted in all the school
formal documents, so these protocols will change the development of all the schools.
Based on the school environment survey and the formal documents any school has, we
will evaluate during the project if the bullying situations decrease with the incorporation
of these new methodologies (specially the workshop about conflicts on Social Network
and the peer to peer mediation methodology).

mentioned enterprises or local NGO). This will be assessed as any school will have to
collaborate actively with at least one institution.
Relationship with other schools: any school of the partnership will have to show their
effective communication among at least one school located nearby. The person in charge
of communication will manage this duty and they will ensure this communication is
made effectively, in order to disseminate the project and also to make sure that other
schools located nearby, with similar problems and school environment, can introduce
their new protocols or learn from what has been done in the schools of the partnership.
The five schools of the partnership will have to be in contact with, at least, one
local/regional/national educational department, in order to spread the goals and the
results of the project and show the interest of disseminating the results skills of the
participants.
