1. TARGET AUDIENCE
Research into the target audience to our music video

2.  The best type of research method to use for researching your
target audience is Qualitative Research. A way of using this particular
method could be creating a focus group. Therefore I have put
together a group of people in my target audience of 16-24 year old
females most likely students and have asked them to discuss some
material relating to my music video.

3.  I showed my target audience the music video for Ed Sheeran’s A
Team and asked them what they liked about the music video.

4. The Discussion!
 From the discussion I had with my target audience, I gathered a few main points.
 They liked the use of hand held camera and POV shots
 They liked how it was all in black and white, but it didn’t look tacky
 They liked the story/narrative
 They thought there could be more of a performance element
 Doesn’t look really professional
 Looks pretty realistic of everyday life
 Like the simplicity of the video
