BetterChange is about Online Optimisation, Online Persuasion, and Behavior Change. I am a specialist in online optimisation processes such as Web Analytics, AB testing, User testing, Expert reviews, etc. I do both operational consultancy by running optimisation tests, and strategic consultancy by setting up and implementing the optimisation strategy. I have a PhD in Applied Social Psychology, and I have a strong focus on using available data to better understand consumer behaviour on your website.
