Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!
The Barangay Council of Manapa would like to request to officially
open a secondary school in the Manapa area to be named as Manapa
National High School which will accommodate the increasing number
of school children within its catchment area.
The proposed establishment of Manapa National High School is
considered an urgent matter for the barangay has no existing
secondary school either public or private. The nearest secondary
school is approximately three (3) kilometers away already. Majority of
our constituents belongs to low – income individual, hence, it is very
difficult for them to allow their children to go to secondary school with
this distance of 5 km or more away from their residence.
This endeavor is within our objective to provide access to basic
education to all our constituents.
