The purpose of the Beyond Budgeting Principles is to liberate organizations from the
command and control of traditional management.
To create an organization that is more adapted, more empowered, that is more agile,
more human and one that performs better.
We need a radical change in the way we lead and manage.
We've described a path to make this happen through 12 Beyond Budgeting Principles
focused on leadership and management processes.
