As a Customer Experience consultant, I assist utilities and facility management companies to become more customer-centric building their capacity to provide greater satisfaction to their customers and enhancing their brand value and market share. I do this by using an evidence-based tool called Market Responsiveness Index (MRI) that measures and manages the customer-centric culture of an organisation. I am accredited by Market Culture to use the MRI tool. And, I am the only consultant in Australia to assist the utilities and facility management Companies with the MRI tool.
