I want to be a part of an organization where my full potential can be used for betterment of the
socio-economic growth of the society.
Present Engagement:
I am presently engaged with an I-NGO called Room to Read India Trust in their Girls Education
Program as Program Associate at Rajasthan state office in Jaipur since June 2009.
Job responsibilities in this organization:
1- Ensure that Annual Plan and Activity list sent by all partner NGOs are matching and
are aligned with the Budget sheet.
2- Ensure all the annexures of budget are updated for respective partner NGOs.
3- Ensure quarterly Financial review and preparation of Fund Transfer sets with all related
documents for respective partner NGOS.
4- Monitoring and other visits & also support to donor visit at field.
5- To collect case study and photographs of program activities from partners.
6- Prepare the Donor Reports as required.
7- To ensure all the visit reports are filed in timely manner.
8- Coordinate and communicate with partner NGOs/ Participants for ensuring
participation
9- Other works like (Database, Capacity Building Events, Networking & others.)
Work experience:
A. District Communication Officer in Population Services International (PSI) from June 2008
to June 2009
Significant Achievements- Due to my good communication and deliverable skills; I was
succeeded in presenting PSI in a so good way on different platforms that my team every
time performed best than set targets from PSI.

2. B. District Project Coordinator in South Asian Foundation for Human Initiatives from
Sep.2006 to 2008
Significant Achievements- My team finished a big task of planning for the program
implementation in 5 districts of Rajasthan on a well qualitative and timely manner. The
project was funded by National Rural Health Mission (NRHM).
C. Assistant Community Officer in RUIDP- June 2002 to 2006-
Significant Achievements-
The Government of Rajasthan is implementing The Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure
Development Project (RUDIP), with the assistance of Asian Development Bank. It is being
implemented in Ajmer, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Udaipur. The main objectives
of RUIDP are to ameliorate problems associated with insufficient infrastructure and to
facilitate socio- economic development. In the state of Rajasthan by taking up activities in
various key sectors of development in order to make the development activities more
meaningful, it is necessary to link them with people’s expectations. A sense of ownership
needs to be developed among the targeted communities. In view of this, RUIDP has
incorporated the component of Community Awareness and Participation Programme
(CAPP), which aims at promotion and sustenance in intensive community involvement and
participation in all activities of RUIDP.
D. Community Facilitator in WF Program (Jan 1997 to Dec 1999)
Significance Achievement-
Formation of SHG federation in Meghnagar block of Jhabua district. We worked with
atleast 120-130 members of SHG and share holders of SHG and then we trained them for
running small scale industries. The federation worked very well and the SHGs did good job
in terms of loaning and depositing it to the banks.
