Q:
• How to prepare for re-entry before anyone steps foot into the office
• Why employees’ mental health must be taken as seriously as physical
health during this time of uncertainty
• Guidelines and precautions from the CDC on how to safely return to work
• Assessments to uncover what is the right move for your organization

they’ll need up-to-date education on:
• COVID-19 risk factors
• Protective behaviors
• New policies, procedures, and compliance
Train Your Employees

time of their entire professional career,

Employee Mental Health
Support Don't Support
For employees who became sick and
recovered from their illness but were
never confirmed to have COVID-19:
• Three days after full recovery before coming back to work
• Fever-free for a minimum of 72 hours without the use of
fever-reducing medication
• Improved respiratory symptoms, including cough and
shortness of breath
• At least seven days must have passed since the symptoms
began
For employees who were confirmed to
have COVID-19 but did not exhibit
symptoms:
• At least seven days after they receive positive test results
before returning to work, and they can’t become ill or
display any symptoms in the meantime
• Limit contact by maintaining six feet of distance from fellow
employees for an additional three days
• Should wear a mask so they’re less likely to spread any
germs through respiratory secretions
Recommendations from the CDC for Re-entry
For employees with a confirmed case of
COVID-19 who experienced mild or
moderate illness that didn’t require
hospitalization:
• Three days after full recovery before coming back to work
• Fever-free for a minimum of 72 hours without the use of
fever-reducing medication
• Improved respiratory symptoms, including cough and
shortness of breath. They must no longer show any
symptoms of COVID-19
• Two COVID-19 tests administered by a medical professional
at least 24 hours apart from each other. The two tests must
be negative
Employees who tested positive for
COVID-19 and were hospitalized:
• Receive more rigorous testing before returning to work
because of the severity of their symptoms
• Employee should visit their doctor to receive official
medical authorization to return to work
• Tested several times with negative results
Recommendations from the CDC for Re-entry
Here are some best practices to follow:
Personal Hygiene
Six Feet of Distance
Protective Coverings
Routine Cleaning
