•Get a Deeper Insight Into
Yourself to understand your
strengths and weaknesses.
•Identify the types of roles that
will allow you to build on those
strengths, and minimize those
weaknesses.
Conduct a SWOT Analysis
1. You are most likely to succeed in
   your career if you use your
   talents to their fullest extent.
2. You also suffer fewer problems if
   you know what your weaknesses
   are, and if you manage these
   weaknesses so that they don't
   matter in the work you do.
