The past year at ACA Research & Fifth Quadrant has been eventful, educational and incredibly rewarding. I've connected with some of the regions top CX thought leaders and experts and together we have amplified their work and message across a number of mediums. I've redeveloped the company's marketing strategy from the outside in and put in place new processes to manage day to day marketing activities. Working with the CX team we've produced multiple webinars and podcasts and grown our ANZ audience. There's much work to do still and I'm looking forward to the long-term plans we now have.
