Wayne's background is in Operations and Information Technology. Wayne’s path to becoming a WSI Internet Consultant began while working with web developers on behalf of his Clients. During this period he noticed that there was always a factor missing with these website projects; that is, no return on investment (ROI). He then decided to enter the Internet Consulting business and came across WSI in an edition of Entrepreneur Magazine.
