2. Just for the record, here is a picture of the top of the stock market cycle that began last March. That is 81.38% of all stocks on all exchanges on a technical BUY signal. Notice all the GREEN boxes in LARGE CAP letters. Those sectors are outperforming the S&P 500 and the stocks in those sectors are rising.
3. At the end of March, we are down to 69% of all stocks on all exchanges on a technical BUY signal. Notice the RED and YELLOW boxes in small cap letters. Those sectors are underperforming the S&P 500 and the stocks in those sectors are falling.
