2. Just for the record, here is a picture of the top of the stock market cycle that began last March. That is 81.38% of all stocks on all exchanges on a technical BUY signal. Notice all the GREEN boxes in LARGE CAP letters. Those sectors are outperforming the S&P 500 and the stocks in those sectors are rising.

3. At the end of March, we are down to 69% of all stocks on all exchanges on a technical BUY signal. Notice the RED and YELLOW boxes in small cap letters. Those sectors are underperforming the S&P 500 and the stocks in those sectors are falling.

4. The risk in all stocks markets is higher now than at any time since the last cycle of the stock market rally that began in March of 2003. Remember when you look at the following charts, the importance of the X’s and O’s: Wealth Preservation means (O’s) Wealth Accumulation means (X’s)
