leadership. Also served as the Customer Service Manager and handled all Customer return product, warranty and
non, for 27+ years including CAR replies and CAR implementation and effectiveness.
Over 32 years of Manufacturing experience. Assembler, Machine Operator and Managing. My responsibilities
have included overseeing assembly, final acceptance testing, material planning, warehousing, logistics,
purchasing, quality control, problem solving, cost cutting, inventory and implementing quality systems. Recently
have worked as a Machine Operator II at Honeywell.
I am very flexible in product management and can adapt my years of experience and exceptional leadership
and people skills to any Manufacturing group or to any Assembly and/or test position with positive results.
Value I bring to the position includes:
The ability to organize and motivate teams to get projects completed on time and under budget
Experience managing high volume and prototype assembly and final acceptance testing. Responsible for P&L,
planning, safety, quality, etc.. All aspects of Manufacturing from taking an order to shipping the final product.
In-depth knowledge of the financial aspects of running a business, developing and administering budgets
A solid understanding as required of retail products and services from both a sales & customer support
function.
