I currently live in Muscat, Oman where I work with the Supreme Council for Planning supporting national economic development strategies and program implementation. I am also a PhD student in Educational Leadership interested in the intersection of higher education and economic and workforce development. From 2009 to 2013 I led the City of Houston's performance improvement division where I managed teams on change and innovation initiatives achieving multi-million dollar impacts and national recognitions.
