The Acuity® LED 1600 is a high-performance wide-format inkjet printer featuring a
proprietary-design LED light source, a high precision, high-speed, printhead, and
optimized fast curing UV-LED ink.
The Acuity LED 1600 is designed for the printer new to wide format inkjet printing or for
users who wish to save costs by printing with the newest LED-UV curing technology.
The Acuity LED 1600 is ideal for a wide variety of promotional tools, from wide format
posters to window displays, back lit signs, point of purchase materials, and product
packaging.
Fujifilm’s proprietary Fast Accurate Marking technology enables best-in-class
productivity of 215 sq ft/hour to address customers’ needs for high quality and shorter
delivery times. An innovative hybrid design allows for printing on wide format roll media,
rigid board and sheet substrates up to ½” thick and 63” wide. The print tables have a
unique folding compact design that takes up minimal storage space.

2. HIGH QUALITY AND HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
The new Fujifilm Dimatix high precision inkjet printhead with
VersaDrop delivers varying ink droplet size according to
the image and ensures smooth tonal gradations as well as
exceptional solid colors. Fast Accurate Marking technology
controls high speed scanning and high precision jetting at
class-leading print speeds up to 215 sq ft per hour.
EIGHT COLOR INK SET INCLUDING WHITE AND
CLEAR
The Acuity LED 1600 comes standard with eight color inks
(CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, White, and Clear) and
allows for the combined use of color, white and clear ink in a
single pass greatly improving printing efficiency and producing
high-gloss output for a premium finish. A reusable cartridge
and replaceable ink-pouch system adds convenience and
reduces waste.
SPOT COLOR MATCHING SOFTWARE
Employing sophisticated image processing technology, the Spot Color Matching
software automatically generates a color chart that simplifies the process of
matching spot colors resulting in increased accuracy and time savings.
UV LED LAMP SYSTEM
The Acuity LED 1600’s patented full LED lamp system is perfectly tuned to cure its
own Uvijet ink in a two-stage curing process. Small, low-dose LED pinning lamps
close to the printhead freeze the dot, while the main LED curing lamps fully cure the
print which is ready to use straight away. Adjustable lamp positioning enables the
curing to be finely controlled.
