As Organics Plus Grocery Stores has expanded the Marketing Team will now
include a dedicated Social Media team who will use these five platforms:
The Marketing Team has decided that our target audience included those
between 22-36 and those who live in Urban cities. Even though we do want to
reach a large population this age group seems to be the prime target. Also, since
women have seemed to take the lead on healthy eating we will be putting more
time into focusing in on women.

Twitter Users are on the go and use it
for various reasons. Feel free to post
in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Never before 6 am and never after 12
am unless told otherwise.

 Word Press allows us to try a new
organic recipe’s blog.

demographic data but due to the fact
that it is the largest blogging
platform we felt that we could reach

What/ When to Post
 TEST RECIPES BEFORE POST!
 Picture of the food.
 If there is a difficult step take a
video and attach it within the post.
 As many sites state, deciding a day
and time for post depends on the
account. Therefore, we will start
by posting Wednesdays, Saturdays,
and Sundays at these times: 6 am,
11 am, and 4 pm (right before
meal times).
How to Post
 Click create post.
 Introduce the meal.
 Time to cook and heat, if needed.
 Provide ingredients (ALL FOUND IN
OUR STORES) and their quantities
needed.

post any day 2 - 4 am or 2 – 4 pm.
Fridays focus on 8 – 11 pm. (we
suggest staying away from the 2
am to 4 am time period)
 Post a nice picture of the food
(seen on slide 10) then include
description and link to Word Press
page for the recipe.
How to Post
 Click + at the bottom right corner
of Pinterest and click Upload a Pin.
 Click Choose Image from computer.
 Pick a board for your Pin and add a
description.
 Click Save.

 Keep post down to 2 per day unless
an event or huge deal is coming
up.
 If a major event happens post an
album of pictures.
 No Character Count but keep it
under 300.
 Hootsuite says to post between 12
pm and 3 pm during the work week
expect on Tuesday and between 12
pm and 1 pm on weekends.
How to Post
 When posting a general post such
as a deal just type it out and post…
include hashtags.
 When posting an album first go
through and make edits to pictures
and then go under pictures. Create
an album with a NAME. Add all the
pictures and make sure no doubles.
 Always answer comments.
