Traditionally, the human resource team was alone responsible for carrying out performance
evaluations of all the employees in an organization. They used to focus on various aspects like
working time, punctuality, speed, growth and implementation of new ideas to rate the employees
for the Employee Performance Appraisal rewards. For this they had to calculate and keep an eye
on the day to day behavior and conduct of the employee individually, and this was turning to a

        Focus:


The managers must check whether the employee is able to maintain a clear focus on the task
allotted to him/her? Does he/she is facing any sort of difficulty in prioritizing their job duties above
personal business or socializing with other employees? Surely, Focus is very important for accurate
delivery of work.



        Integrity:


Integrity is very important in all the employees. Each employee must respect the privacy of other
employees and also of the customers associated with them. Managers must maintain clear privacy
ethics on the work floor.



        Quality of work:
Quality of work is however the most important area ad majorly all the employees are being
appraised and rewarded on this criteria. An employee work quality has a great impact on the
overall turnover of the organization and towards its growth and success.
