Brief overview I work closely with Learning and Development and Credit teams to develop and manage innovative, customized learning programmes, for both face-to-face and e-learning delivery, for business banking personnel to help them to engage confidently with business clients, analyse credit risks, and identify appropriate lending solutions that meet the needs of the client.
