What makes a library excellent? How do you measure success? The Know @ OSFC was given a Grade One ‘Excellent’ rating in its CoLRiC peer assessment in October 2018. It takes many different ingredients to create a great service and then to sustain that level of delivery. How is that achieved with limited resources and with ever shifting goalposts?
