1. • Each step in a route can have a poll defined for it - Opinion or
Approval. Approval polls can only be created through the Polls
functionality which is part of the route Step Settings suite.
• Approval polls are signature-equivalent, allowing them to be included
in the Workflow-Sign-offs page and also to be printed as a hard copy
for all workflow documents in CMPRO.
• Only users with appropriate administrative permissions can activate
and de-activate this polling functionality using the route management
screens.

Any of the search fields may be used to filter the search. The Search button yields the results of your query.
It is considered best practice to enter data into at least one of the filtering fields for more manageable results.

4. Select PWE Route Step and Step Setting
The Visual Route Manager (VRM) screen provides easy management of the processes and steps associated with a
route (top screen).
The Poll tab on the Step Settings screen, accesses the poll setup process (bottom screen).
