A Case Study at Baan Dongna, Namtaeng Subdistrict, Srimuangmai, Ubon Ratchathani, THAILAND By Surasak Witoon Pariwat Somnuek
 Firstly, it aims to study • critical problems • possible solutions of the water utility and management of water resources from the Mekong River at Baan Dongna, Srimuengmai, Ubon Ratchathani, THAILAND.
 Secondly, it aims to identify • key stake-holders related to solving the (water) problems.
 Lastly, it aims to implement Multi–Stakeholder Platforms (Dore: 2007) for consultation (negotiation) process among the stakeholders to reach workable strategies and agreements on the water governance.
