THINK INNOVATION
Our HUMAN CAPITAL innovation programme focuses on information and communication technologies
(ICT) applied to learning and assessment, skills foresight management and innovation in the strategic
management of human capital and individual and collective excellence.
Innovating together

Join us in anticipating
the human capital
needs of tomorrow!
3. who we are
We are an innovation-oriented research centre convinced that, in order to be
sustainable, innovation can't be limited to technical aspects alone. Taking into
account other concerns, such as the human aspect, is essential. Therefore, we
believe that human capital should become one of the driving forces behind business
innovation.
As a consequence, for nearly a decade now we have been developing innovative
practices in human resources and learning for several sectors. Our partnership with
the Personnel Officers Group (POG), which brings together HR professionals in
Luxembourg, allows us to establish the link between our research activities and
needs on the ground. These close relationships with HR professionals are one of our
main assets.
our aim
We aim to help companies address the key challenges of human capital:
• In a rapidly evolving socio-economic environment, matching between supply
and demand for competencies on the labour market has become a major
challenge;
• Collective excellence is an important driver of company performance, hence
the growing interest in new forms of work (collaborative work, distance
work) and Knowledge Management;
• The new requirements of collaborators induce companies to develop and
adopt new management practices.
our ambition
• To be a cooperation platform between socio-economic actors and politicians,
and stimulate synergies and innovation in human capital;
• To facilitate innovation in human capital processes (identification, acquisition,
evaluation, development and management), through collaborative and
contractual research projects;
• To anticipate future market developments.
what we propose
We aim to help companies address their key human capital challenges in the
following key thematic areas:
• ICT applied to innovative learning and assessment approaches;
• Skills foresight management;
• Innovation in the strategic management of human capital;
• Individual and collective human capital excellence.
