Sponsorship Information
ISES/NACE recognizes both cash and in-kind donation sponsorships equally. In-kind sponsorships will be
recognized at retail value where as $1 in-kind donation is equal to $1 of cash sponsorship. Cash and in-
kind sponsors can be made in tandem and will collectively add up to the total value of the sponsorship.
Please note all in-kind donations must be submitted with an invoice showing the retail value of the
product/service being donated and must be submitted 14 business days prior to the event date in order to
receive full sponsorship benefits.
To receive the benefits listed above, the sponsor must have submitted all required logos and proper links
by the deadline given as outline in the sponsorship agreement. Provided the sponsor’s logo is received in
time for inclusion, as determined solely by the NICE Awards Committee, it will be included in all electronic
invitations to promote the event (approximately 6 emails). If not received on time, the logo will be included
in the future electronic invitations provided any remain.
It is the responsibility of the sponsor to redeem their sponsorship benefits. To receive maximum benefit and
exposure for your sponsorship, please submit the following information along with this completed
sponsorship form:
An Itemized Invoice detailing the retail value of all donated items
Company Logo – Please submit both a .eps/.tif or high quality, print ready version of your logo (.eps
file, vector image, etc.) AND a .jpeg/.jpg file of your logo. Please make certain the .jpeg version is no
larger than 150kb and proportionally sized to be no more than 270 pixels WIDE
Logo should be received no later than March 20, 2012
A 25-word & 50-word description of your company to be included when promoting the 2012 NICE
Awards via The Chicago Chapters of ISES and NACE websites if/when your company reaches the
appropriate level of sponsorship.
As we welcome and encourage all sponsorships, please note that recognition of sponsorships in the 2012
NICE Program booklet cannot be guaranteed if materials are received after the date of March 20th.
