eNose VS OFF-Flavor of drinking water
Instrument was applied to monitoring the off-flavor of drinking water
potentially produced by MICROBIAL CONTAMINATION.
Water microbial contamination by adding different molecules that
smells like the off flavor produced by bacteria:

eNose VS Truffle Classification
The systematic determination of ripeness at harvest is not trivial.
Truffles must have a specific level of maturity; otherwise, they are
perceived by the consumer as having a poor quality. To determine
if a truffle is ripe, we developed a prototype for the truffle industry
with only eight inexpensive MQ sensors.

eNose VS Orange’s treatment
The samples were analysed in four different periods of storage: 24
to 48 hours after harvest (T0), after four weeks at 4oC (T1), after
eight weeks at 4oC (T2), and after an additional week in a normal
environment at 20 oC while simulating the conditions in which the
consumer eats the fruits (T3).

Moosy32 has good accurancy.
eNose can be implemented in small embedded system and become
a tool for the food industry. IoT gives us a chance how the better
algorithms and sensors work and contribute to improve the system.
