Lisa leads the Employer Experience team which is comprised of 26 individuals (4 full time staff, 3 student workers and 19 student ambassadors). This team is the primary liaison between Wake Forest and hiring organizations and is responsible for university-wide on-campus recruiting activity to include 3 career fairs. Lisa is responsible for managing the team as well as developing, executing and measuring the success of recruiting-related programs, processes and procedures. She ensures the quality of the overall recruiting experience with the goal of retaining recruiting organizations. She utilizes projections and recruiting metrics to monitor recruiting trends and goal progress.
